Joe Quinones
Founder and Managing Partner, Obara Realty Group.
Joe Quinones is the founder and Managing Partner of Obara Realty Group. He has over 20 years’ experience in investing in and developing real estate. Joe’s specialty is investment and development in distressed and emerging neighborhoods and has spent his career operating in underserved communities. Prior to founding the Obara Realty Group, he served as the Chief Operating Officer of Primrose Development Company in Lagos, Nigeria.
At Primrose, Joe took the organization from its startup stage and scaled up its capabilities to enable it to develop its milestone project, the $120M office tower Heritage Place. Prior to Primrose, Joe was the founding partner of CityLife Property Development and Management, an urban real estate and investment company.
Joe holds an MBA in real estate and finance from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Temple University (with concentrations in international business administration and accounting). For the past 27 years, Joe has been a tireless community activist who has used business as a platform for creating social change in his community.

- Licensed real estate sales agent specializing in multi-family residential sales
- MBA from Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. Bachelor in electrical engineering from Howard University.
